Welcome to the 'Our Story' section of our page. What better way to convey how our journey began than through the direct words of our CEO? Here's our story, as told by him:
Beastboyard ~
Way back on September 18th, 2019 when I joined Fifa mobile, the first thing I needed to do was to join a league, I was never one for doing what I was told, so instead of joining a league i created a league called Beastie Boyz, because back then I was just a very casual player who very rarely opened up the game. It sat idle until February 9th, 2020, then out of boredom I once again opened up the game and started my very first LvL tournament. Of course I won it and thought about this great idea of taking a league full of active members as far as I could. My very first opponents was a 4v4 matchup on February 10th, 2020 and it was against a team called PlayersOP (you may recognize the name). I struck my first poaching, bringing in their leader. I remember the first conversation I had with him was him asking me how often I intend to play LvL. My answer was a promise to play every day, he then transferred to Beastie Boyz which included myself, a dummy account my son owned, playerzOP and some other random guy. I then kept poaching players until I ended up with 32 members. The next significant day was when I signed a guy called Alexanzee, he convinced me to start a discord group as the season was nearing an end and he wanted us to all stay together as by then we had all become pretty good friends. He started the very first discord group and I joined discord for the very first time. Poaching continued and on May 26th, 2020 I made another major signing, his name was Tests. We then carried further down the line and hit a bad run of form where we started to lose members for various reasons so I went on a mission to fill up my league again. On June 18th, 2020 I managed to poach a guy called Nonamer28 who was and still is, my temporary signing. I planned to keep him for a week and then kick him once I got enough numbers back again. He also became part of a little group we formed and I decided to make him league skipper just so that I could keep him. It was then in a discussion with Tests about how inactive Alexanzee had become and that we needed to move to a bigger and better server. Now back then, I’d hardly ever used Discord and knew absolutely nothing about it, so in the end Tests convinced me to let him build me a new server instead. He put together what we still use now and we all started to transfer from Alexanzee’s server to this one. He has always maintained and created everything we see since. So as the season was almost over and I fell in love with what I had, we had a guy called Zander, who came from a bigger community and he wanted to experiment and form a new league. This was when I thought about creating it but decided as the season was coming to the end and by this time as always losing members, I put these plans on hold. I then made my favorite signing of all time on June 26th, 2020, it was a guy called AC Me Rollin, he introduced me to a server called Fut/Mobil. I was really excited when I saw this and saw fresh members galore, but instead of forming our second league, I just strengthened the one I had. We then continued to use the rest of that season coming up with new experiments to improve us, this was when I discovered Boris. Boris was the name of a system which was and still is our most successful yet. I moved zander down to BB2 and he began working on building up the league. It was a huge flop as Zander became very unreliable so I also moved down to assist him, sadly it was too broken for me to fix but it had some very reliable and steady members.
I convinced members like RockyShaun and a few others who are still with me to restart BB2, which I did, but couldn't do it alone. So, I got two low scorers but very reliable players from BB1 into BB2 with me. These were Paultsmouth and Solomon. The three of us, along with the lowest ranked members from BB1, moved into the new BB2. Nagesh continued to find me new players, and BB2 improved significantly. However, Paultsmouth and Solomon were not that active as admins, so I needed to replace them. I convinced GrineX to be my deputy, and we struck a bond and became very good friends. It was then Nagesh suggested that we should go bigger. I thought about it and said no, as it was starting to get very busy. Sadly, the world went crazy, and a deadly disease called COVID-19 started to spread worldwide, forcing millions of people to become housebound. I needed to help. I then decided to spread the BB community to as many people as I possibly could, giving people something positive to focus on instead of all the doom and gloom they were going through on a daily basis. My drive was to make Beastie Boyz the biggest community I could get. We formed BB3 with the help of Junteng. BB3 was also a very slow starter, as back then Junteng was very inexperienced and was just 14; he made lots of mistakes. I left BB2 and GrineX behind to join BB3 and steady the ship. Man, trust me, that league was by far the worst I ever had. I had a guy in there called Annex, who just like Ecca, I approached loads of times in the past about helping me out and becoming an admin. He eventually did, and he became my favorite manager. We also hit it off and became friends, and I soon relieved Junteng of his duties, with myself and Annex running BB3. I pushed Junteng down into another league called BB4, where he could continue to grow and get experience. My thought process was to use BB4 for new members; but my top 3 leagues were my primary concern. So, by then, BB1 was in the hands of what I called, my dynamic duo (Tests and Nonamer); BB2 was solely run by GrineX, and BB3 was managed by myself and Annex, with Junteng doing what he could in BB4. I felt that BB1, BB2, BB3, and BB4 were boring and it was an ongoing thing that Nonamer started in BB1, by giving us a team talk to motivate the players, mostly using quotes from Nicolas Cage. I decided to rename BB1 to Beastie Boyz Cagefighters, and I needed to do something about the other leagues as well. BB2 quickly became Beastie Boyz Excaliburs, followed by Beastie Boyz 3 becoming Beastie Boyz Vikings.
Junteng wanted to name his BB4 to Beastie Boyz Lionhearts. The community simply grew and grew as the more members I could get, the better I felt. A new league was required, so I then bypassed Beastie Boyz Lionhearts and started up Beastie Boyz Origins, as most of my members wanted to start a new league so they could move from Cagefighters at a staggered rate to claim wins for Gullit quest. Beastie Boyz Origins was formed by Tests, entirely for this reason. Once Origins gathered enough wins, they slowly started to move back into Cagefighters. I took over Origins and ran that exactly the same as I did the others. We then had the very darkest of days in our BB history, when the backstabbing bastards decided to steal our Beastie Boyz Excaliburs away from us, hurting me very much as the two guys responsible for this were two of the guys I liked the best; I called them friends, probably the reason I feel as bad as I do about them now if I'm being honest. I quickly moved owners into all leagues to make sure this would never ever happen again. I then recruited a guy called Stefannnn, who then introduced me to a guy called Xergon, who had his own league, but he wanted to join us. I allowed him into our community only if he gave me his league, and it was agreed. I quickly called this league Beastie Boyz Legions. Beastie Boyz Brawlers, which was formed a few weeks before it, was started by myself and Assasin76, Steffannnn was our deputy in there. I moved Stefannnn out to Legions to run that league for me, while myself and Assassin76 ran Brawlers, both new so both needed lots of work. I found myself torn between Brawlers and Legions. Assassins was making lots of mistakes on the spreadsheets so I needed a steady head to help him, to mentor him should I say. I turned to the best I had and put Annex in Brawlers while Assassin settled and became the good manager he is today. I stayed in Brawlers, and Legions still remains the only BB league I have never been in. Before Excaliburs did their deed, I had recently made plans for a 3-tier structure of T1 - 1 league, T2 - 2 leagues, and T3 - 4 leagues. It looked good on a diagram. Excalibur moving out knocked me down to 6 leagues. We did a draft and moved all of our biggest players into Cagefighters, followed by our next biggest into Vikings. I pushed our strongest T3 league up into Tier 2 (Origins). They were a long way behind Vikings but needed to close the gap and get them equal. I started to move T2 guys around to balance them up. Now in Vikings, I had 2 guys called Solomon and Fasttortoise; as you can imagine, their teams improved much faster than the rest so Vikings and Origins always had a big gap between them, which was not good. I then found the idea for playoffs. Ignoring Vikings for about a month, I focused very heavily on Origins. They had all the good recruits and all the playoff winners; that's how I closed that gap. Happy with the way Brawlers were going and due to the pressure of creating a 7th league, I quickly moved into a new BB league called Apaches. This was originally planned to be created at the beginning of the next season but was kinda forced into doing it early, so I thought yeah, start Apaches and not care about OVR/chem, fill it with reliable members ready to hit next season hard. Apaches just grew too quickly and was now on an even point with all tier 3 leagues. On November 14th, 2021, I wanted to create more leagues for more members but decided along the lines of more relaxed leagues where OVR and chemistry did not matter. The first of the new Tier 4 created was called Barbarians, led by the current Recruitment Manager (Smoll Messi). The next goal I set for our empire was to hit 500 members. I knew this was going to take some doing as we were currently around 270 members, so little over halfway. I wanted this done as quickly as possible, but having a very long drawn-out season did not help as many were getting tired of the game and giving up; therefore, finding new reliable members was going to be a problem for us.
"I turned to my recruitment manager and said, 'Look, I want this amount,' and promised him whomever he wanted in his team of scouts.
Wow, by the end of the season, we were at around 550 members, so the guys in the recruitment team worked miracles. The new season kept getting delayed, and it was hard to keep morale high and guys motivated. We decided to add a few bots to the server, which did exactly what we planned, and with the help of Pokemon and Soccer Guru, our members began to stabilize. Right when we felt everything was going well, EA decided to throw us a major blow with just a few weeks left of the current season.
They decided that they would be splitting the game into 7 Regions.
Myself and Tests went into overdrive, quickly planning what we would do and how we would be doing it.
I have to say we hit the 3rd BB season at full speed, and we got off to a flying start in all regions, opening a total of 18 leagues containing over 750 members in the server.
Sadly, we lost our way in Africa, and we had to restart our BB Gladiators league, but I'm pleased to say the restart went well and it's still currently doing well. Following Africa's problems, we then had a massive hurdle in the India Region, and we had to close what was supposed to be our leading league, Apaches. BB Empire now runs comfortably with 17 leagues operating in all 7 Regions. I simplified all of the sheets, getting rid of the major admin headache from the previous season and just keeping the one vital spreadsheet. We then changed our long-standing formula from OVR + CHEM x10 to OVR + LEVEL x3. All of this helped, but sheets were still not getting done properly, and with 17 leagues to run and only being able to see 4 of them, I made a move to bring in 6 Regional Managers. This move, I think, is my best move of the season so far because now the sheets are getting updated a lot more often, and the Regional Managers are all at the top of their game, so I have just the 4 Western Europe leagues I need to be watchful of. We sadly did lose a lot of our big guns, but we also got a lot of old friendly faces back which counteracted the losses. We are currently holding over 800 members, and the BB Empire is growing bigger and stronger. Hopefully, by the end of the season, we will have at least one flagship league in each region. We now have at least 1 good Manager or Deputy in every league, and my aim is to have a full team of reliable admins in each league by the end of the season. Our magical recruitment team has now changed loads with many new faces replacing old reliable ones. Pleased to say the new ones have now settled in and are performing well. Sadly, on a personal note, this season has had many obstacles for me outside of the Empire and in my real life, meaning most of the early season 3 has been handed down to other admins to run, and they have been fantastic in my absences. As I slowly eased myself back to active community duties, I started to realize that the problems in Africa and India regions had become much worse. Sadly, Africa region had virtually completely gone by now, and there was no chance of saving it, so we were forced to close down that region. India region we did manage to save but had to chop it right down to just one league. India survived like this for the remainder of the season, but it was a struggle, and we took the decision that at the end of the season, we would close the entire region, which was a hard decision to make. Simultaneously, another region had started to slip, and it was literally 5 minutes away from closing when an old leader returned to the community, and I decided to give it one more chance. So, with the guidance of Wessionaldo, India was saved, and Junteng was the savior of the Asia region. I was so glad to see the end of that season, and the best news for the new season was no more regions. It did mean we had to completely change everything, but with a lot of help from my admin team, we got it done, and I personally wanted to bring back the spreadsheets but didn't want it to be as complicated as it was, so I took it upon myself to get some sheets created and find myself a spreadsheet manager who designed and maintained the sheets for me. This was a guy called Jesper; he created the sheets we have and got most of it automated, making life so much easier for the leaders responsible for filling them in. We made some mistakes in the preparation for the new season, and we were forever tweaking our ideas, meaning we got off to our worst start in our history. I decided that we would split our community into 2 halves, Competitive and Casual; this did work for a little while, but it drove a wedge between the 2 groups, so we had to change it again. This is how the current system we are running today is, so for now, I'm happy, and we are fast achieving the goals I set out to achieve. Sadly, we lost the services of Jesper, but by a stroke of luck, and I mean pure luck, we already had a better replacement for him that was an upcoming manager, a guy called Robi just emerged, and at first, I brought him in to help with the spreadsheets, but he just took it to a whole new level. Finally, I would have been the craziest man alive if I didn't give him the role of spreadsheet manager, which is where he still stands today.
After hovering just between 900-950 Beastie Boyz members, I was desperate to reach 1000 members. Despite our best efforts, we were falling a little short. After many ideas, we tried a head-to-head tournament between our members, led by Xvi and a few of his Organizers, which was a huge success. This helped our community to grow further and further, and the member count then started to increase again. The end of March 2024 saw me reunited with an old friend and former multiple manager of the season. This reunion reignited an idea we once shared of becoming the first FIFA Mobile community to have its very own website. After sitting down and discussing a few ideas with our Spreadsheet Manager Robi, alongside Godfather, it was decided that this was more than just a possibility. Once we agreed that this could happen and that Robi had already been looking into a few ideas of his own regarding it, I simply had to have it.
However, because of Godfather's busy schedules with work & life, Robi had to take over the entire website building responsibility and it extended the expected time of releasing our website to the world. But while we waited on Robi to complete the website, we also decided to put our community onto Facebook. On April 3rd, 2024 our Facebook group was created, which is growing and will continue to grow.
After some tireless late night work by our Spreadsheet Manager, our website was finally ready to be launched for the world to see. This was one of the most exciting moments in our community's history because for 3 years, myself and Godfather dreamed of Beastie Boyz becoming the first-ever community of its type to have a website. This was eventually launched to the world on April 19th, 2024.
Following the tournaments, the establishment of our Facebook group, and the launch of our website, our community once again began to expand. It pleases me to say that our Recruitment Manager(Smoll Messi) and his team, notably Redpandas, Ayush and Adi, alongside the rest of the team listed on our Recruitment Page, finally broke the 1000+ active members barrier on May 29th, 2024.
As we moved forward, we quickly grew to over 1100 members. However, when it became clear that there would be no official end to the season by EA, we decided to adapt. We turned BB Day into the perfect opportunity for our Annual Awards and took the chance to reset some of our other databases.
Now, with the 2024 season behind us, it’s important to reflect. This year has been challenging. We’ve had to say goodbye to several of our Admins and leaders, and many members who have taken a break from the game. But despite these obstacles, we’ve managed to STAY SAFE, STAY STRONG, AND STAY TOGETHER. We’ve maintained our leagues and structure throughout, and that’s a true testament to the dedication of our incredible staff here at Beastie Boyz. We continue to take pride in being the best we can be, welcoming anyone who wants to join us, and providing a solid foundation for those who enjoy the game.
Some major positives have come out of the 2024 season. We’ve made significant improvements to our spreadsheets, our Facebook page, and our website—things I know we’ll keep refining as we grow even bigger and better.
We also wrapped up the first season of our Development League Table. After a tricky start, I’m pleased to announce that BB Pheonix are the champions! This will reset, and we’ll run the league again from now until BB Day 2025.
Another key milestone is that we now have specialist Admins taking care of specific areas, which is a huge win. Even if I’m not online, there’s always an expert ready to step in and handle things.
And now, looking ahead, the 2025 season is officially starting! It’s shaping up to be an exciting year, with the launch of new fun activities on the server to go along with the game itself. So stay tuned for future updates—there’s a lot more to come!
(THE JOURNEY DID NOT STOP THERE... HERE'S HOW 2025 HAS UNFOLDED SO FAR . . . )
The Achievement Program began on BB Day 2024, running alongside the events of the latest season. It’s been a big success and really well received by our members. During Season 6, it had a few different leaders, most notably Juney, who masterminded the project in its early days. When Juney left the server, Redpandas stepped in temporarily until we found a permanent leader. That’s when Nade took over, and he’s taken it to a whole new level. Under his leadership, the program remains one of the most popular aspects of our community.
On December 30th, 2024, we hit a major milestone when our X-Treme team broke into the top 30 in the world. That was an incredible achievement for us. Unfortunately, shortly afterward, we faced one of the hardest periods in our history of BB, losing around 300 members in just a few weeks. Thankfully, with Tiki’s support, we were able to stop the decline and stabilize the community. His efforts were so crucial that he became the only member ever to receive our Medal of Honour, and shortly after, he moved up into an Admin role. From there, we relaunched and rebranded our leagues, and despite losing 300 members, we bounced back by adding over 500. So I’m proud to say we’re now stronger than ever.
On April 2nd, 2025, we promoted BB Destiny, formerly BB Dynamite, from a development league into a permanent one. They’ve continued to grow steadily and, under Moyak’s leadership, they’ve proven themselves to be strong competitors in their category.
We also experienced some big changes in our admin team. We said goodbye to two of our most memorable admins: XVI, who stepped down, and SmollMessi, who had been our Recruitment Manager for over two years. To fill those gaps, we welcomed Moyak into the admin team and promoted Redpandas to Recruitment Manager. Redpandas has been a long serving recruiter and knows the recruitment system better than most, so it was a natural fit.
The game itself also introduced a massive change; leagues could now have up to 100 members, but only 32 could actually take part in tournament matchups. That created both a challenge and extra work to update our BB System. Thankfully, we have Robi, who continues to be our go-to for coding and keeping the BB System up to date. As expected, he didn’t miss a beat, with the help of FCAlly for testing, Robi quickly adapted the system to handle the new changes.
Even with that update, one big question remained: what do we do with the other 68 members? Since the game has shifted its focus toward activity points, we introduced the Grinders role. These members dedicate themselves to earning activity points, which has allowed us to stay balanced, engaged, and competitive under the new system.
We have also launched our own YouTube channel "BeastieBoyzFCM" , which is managed by Redpandas. It’s already starting to gain traction and grow in popularity, and we’re hopeful it will continue moving in that direction. The channel gives us another platform to showcase our community, share updates, and reach an even wider audience.
One of the biggest new additions has been the launch of our very own BB Bot. This has taken a huge workload off our admins and made day-to-day management much more efficient. The idea originally came from Mr. Chingz in our BB suggestion chat room, and he volunteered to both code and host it. With Solomon helping on testing and Robi finalizing the system, the bot quickly became a success. Unfortunately, due to personal commitments, Mr. Chingz couldn’t continue maintaining it full-time, but that’s when Robi stepped in and brought the project fully under his wing. Even so, Mr. Chingz has promised to keep contributing whenever his schedule allows, so his influence is still very much part of the project.
In addition to that, we’ve also introduced a WYR channel and a trivia program, led by one of our new generation members, Tekztar. Both are already adding new energy to the community, and I’m excited to see how they continue to develop moving forward.
As we wrap up 2025, a new chapter begins with the launch of Season 7. The community is buzzing with excitement, and we’re looking forward to seeing what 2025 and 2026 have in store. With new initiatives, challenges, and growth on the horizon, it feels like the best is yet to come, and we can’t wait to share it all with our members.
